We are located in the heart of St. Louis, just 20 minutes from Clayton, Missouri

Welcome to Norwood Hills

In order for you to fully enjoy your visit to Norwood Hills Country Club, we ask that you please acquaint yourself with our policies. Please speak with your host or a staff member if you have further questions.

  • Golf Information
    • Golf Bag Drop

      Located at the Golf Pro Shop. When entering from the Main entrance, continue past the Clubhouse on your right, the Pro Shop and Bag Drop will be located to your left please proceed down the Pro Shop parking lot to loop around and drop your bag off at the bag drop. When entering from the South entrance, follow the drive straight, make a right at the Pro Shop parking lot and continue forward, the Pro Shop and Bag Drop will be located on your right.

      Check In

      Unless other arrangements are made with your host, please check in with the Golf Pro Shop when you arrive. The staff there will direct you to the locker room, dining room or practice areas.

      Guest Locker

      Guest lockers are available at the request of your host. If your host has pre-requested a locker for you, a guest locker will be waiting for you with your name affixed to it. Lockers may be requested upon arrival from the Locker Room attendant if available. Please see the locker room attendant if you have any questions.

      Golf Attire for Men

      Slacks, shorts, collared shirts. All shorts must measure an appropriate length. ALL shirts, regardless of style, must be tucked in at all time, this applies to the golf courses and all golf practice areas. Hats must be worn bill forward at all times on the golf courses and practice areas. Soft spike golf shoes are required.

      Golf Attire for Women

      Skirts, dresses, shorts, skorts, culottes, slacks and capris. All skirts, dresses, shorts or skorts must be an appropriate length. Shirts must have EITHER a collar or sleeves and must cover the midriff. Soft spike golf shoes are required.

  • Clubhouse Etiquette and Attire
    • Country Club Casual golf attire and tennis attire are appropriate in all areas of the Clubhouse. See the above dress code for the golf course for details.

      Blue Jeans are permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse but may not have holes or tears; nor may they be ragged or frayed. Blue Jeans must be worn at the waist.

      There will be specific dress code guideline for special events and holidays. Your host can provide you with any specific dress code guidelines if you are attending a special event or holiday celebration on your visit.

      Children should adhere to the above acceptable attire for men and women with the exception that children under the age of 16 are not required to wear shirts with a collar in the Clubhouse.

      Unacceptable Attire in the Clubhouse

      sweatpants, yoga pants, cut-off shorts, cut-off collared shirts, short shorts/skirts, gym shorts, medical scrubs, any top that shows the midriff, tube tops, halter tops and swimming apparel.

      Gratuities

      Tipping is encouraged only with caddies and locker room attendants for shoe shining and repair.

      Cell Phone Usage

      Please be courteous to those around you, and limit usage to lobby areas.

  • 32nd Women's Mid-Amateur Championship
    • CONGRATULATIONS, PLAYERS!

      The 32nd Women's Mid-Amateur Championship came to a close on Thursday, September 27th in grand fashion with Shannon Johnson (pictured below with caddy Matt (far left), and Norwood members and volunteers Dave Rhoads (second from left) and Chuck Schasteen (far right) edging out defending champion, Kelsey Chugg, 1 up. Norwood Hills would like to congratulate Shannon on her exciting win, which qualifies her to compete in the 74th US Women's Open at the Country Club of Charleston. We also extend our congratulations to runner-up Kelsey and all of the women that competed in the championship. It was a pleasure to host you and your families during this exciting championship.
