The Fitness Center at Norwood Hills

Upon it's completion in 2005, the Norwood Hills Fitness Center has been a warmly welcomed addition.

With over 20 pieces of equipment and expansive hours it is always easy to get in and get a good work out. And if you need a little guidance, we also have a nationally certified personal trainer available for health assessments and developing a work out regimen. You will find everything you need in the Norwood Fitness Center, and you'll never have to wait for a machine!

We also offer Group Classes each week in our Fitness Center taught by our Norwood personal trainer, David Rogers.
